Yes. Both plans offer yearly billing at the equivalent of 11 months — one month free.

Yes. Launch clients can add individual features as paid add-ons. Each add-on has a once-off setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee. Available add-ons include:

Book a free strategy call directly from the website. Choose either a Launch Strategy Call or a Growth Strategy Call depending on your situation. After booking, you'll be redirected to a preparation form. Complete it, and your session is fully confirmed.

A free 15–20 minute session where Weblico reviews your current situation and recommends the right plan. There is no pitch and no pressure. The call follows a clear structure: frame the session, review your situation, show what's possible, answer your questions, and if it's the right fit, we explain the next steps.

Weblico prepares for every session individually. The preparation form reveals your business type, current situation, goals, frustrations, and readiness level, so that the call is focused on your specific situation from minute one. Your booking is only fully confirmed once the form is submitted. Unprepared bookings may be released to businesses who have completed theirs.

Your main responsibility is providing business information, your services, content, brand assets, and goals. Weblico handles all the technical work. You focus on running your business. We handle building, managing, and improving your website.

Your Launch website foundation is built and live within 30 days of onboarding. The website framework is typically live within the first week, with conversion optimization and SEO setup completed by the end of month one.

Growth is delivered in a phased 90-day roadmap:

• Month 1: Website build, AI Chat, automated responses, booking system, email foundation
• Month 2: Landing page, lead magnet, email nurture flow, ecommerce advanced, client dashboard
• Month 3: Advanced SEO begins, lead tracking connected, conversion strategy implemented
• Month 4+: Ongoing: SEO, email campaigns, dashboard updates, continuous improvements

The first 90 days are the build phase. Month 4 onwards is where results begin compounding. SEO takes time to gain traction, email lists grow over months, and automation keeps improving with data. Growth is a long-term system, not a quick fix. Our Performance Promise covers the 6-month mark.

Performance is tracked across two categories:

Three guarantees:

• Delivery Promise: Website delivered within the agreed timeframe. If we miss a milestone, next month is on us.
• Performance Promise: Within 6 months of your full system going live, your website will be actively generating traffic and leads. If it isn't, we keep working at no additional charge.

If Weblico misses an agreed delivery milestone, next month is free. This is the Delivery Promise — it applies to both Launch and Growth, and it has no conditions attached.

Within 6 months of your full system going live, your website will be actively generating traffic, capturing leads through built-in systems, and engaging visitors. This is about the system functioning and producing activity, not a guaranteed number of sales, which depends on your market, pricing, and business quality. If the system isn't performing, we keep working at no additional charge until it is.

Launch clients get their first 30 days completely free. Experience the full system before paying a single rand. After 30 days, billing begins at R199/month.

All Weblico websites are built on WordPress, the world's most widely used website platform. Ecommerce functionality is powered by WooCommerce. This ensures flexibility, long-term scalability, and compatibility with all future integrations.

The Weblico Client Dashboard is a proprietary reporting tool, designed specifically around Weblico's metrics. It shows traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance in one place. It is delivered in Month 2 of the Growth plan and evolves as your business grows.

Basic SEO setup is included, both plans have page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, and Search Console connection. Advanced ongoing SEO on the Growth plan is delivered in partnership with a trusted SEO specialist, ensuring keyword research, on-page optimization, and monthly SEO work that compounds over time.

Yes. Growth plan clients have their existing website migrated into the Weblico system as part of onboarding. This prepares the site for long-term optimization and ensures Weblico has full control over structure, performance, and improvements.
